When you place an order with us, bimpi Ltd have agreed to sell you goods only on the basis that the following terms and conditions have been read, understood and agreed by you. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between yourself and us and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, statements and understandings, whether verbal or in writing, relating to this website or service.
1. Warranty
bimpi Ltd provides a 3 year guarantee on material and 12 months for workmanship. bimpi Ltd does not warrant against normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse. Please familiarize yourself with our FAQ section to ensure you understand care instructions and limitations.
Warranty claims must be submitted to us in writing. The product must be returned to us at your own expense. The product will be repaired where reasonable, or a replacement provided where the product cannot be repaired.
2. 100% Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us for any reason whatsoever, you may return the goods for a refund within 7 days after you received your purchase.
The goods must be returned to us in 'as new' condition. We will give you a full refund on your purchase together with any shipping charges you may have incurred.
3. Delivery Information
All orders will be dispatched between 3 – 10 days from receiving the order. The average dispatch time is currently 4 days. Please specify if your order is urgent and we will make every effort to ensure your order gets dispatched promptly.
All orders will be sent by registered fast post mail within New Zealand and Australia. International orders we will sent as unregistered airmail at the customer’s own risk unless specifically requested. Where requested, we will provide you with a shipping quote first.
bimpi Ltd is not responsible for any delivery delays beyond our control. Please contact us immediately if the package arrives damaged.
4. Customs Duties/ Taxes
Duties, taxes and Customs clearance costs at the country of destination, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Payment
We require payment first before we dispatch your order. We accept payment via Paypal or direct credit into our account. Your order is processed in New Zealand Dollars.
6. Safety
Safety is extremely important to us. Polystyrene beans are a health and safety hazard for small children.
Polystyrene beans are flammable and can be easily inhaled which can cause choking. Children should not be left unsupervised with products containing polystyrene beans. To avoid any accidents keep bean bags well away from fire, heaters, cigarettes or anything that might cause the bean bag to burn. Bean bags can be punctured, please ensure sharp objects do not come into contact with the fabric.
To ensure that children are protected we use an auto lock zip system with no zip tag. We also recommend that you use a Liner to increase safety.
7. Liability
You agree that use of the product is at user's sole risk and that bimpi Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the product or for cost of procurement of substitute goods or resulting from any goods purchased or obtained or transactions entered into through or from the product or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or arising from any other matter relating to the product including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, even if bimpi Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You further agree that bimpi Ltd shall not be liable for any damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages. You agree that bimpi Ltd shall not be responsible or liable to you or to anyone else for the statements or conduct of any third party. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental damages so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. bimpi Ltd’s liability to you or any other parties in any circumstances is limited to the value of the beanbag purchased. Some jurisdictions may not allow this limitation of liability, so these limits on liability may not apply to you.
8. Legal claim
As you are making a purchase from New Zealand, the goods are sold under New Zealand law. As a New Zealand business, we are fully committed to honouring New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act, Privacy Act and Fair Trading Act, but we cannot accept liability for compliance with law in any country other than New Zealand. Any actions against us must take place in New Zealand law courts.
